Payment

You may pay for your order using the following cards:

Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and PayPal. All transactions are processed in British Pounds Sterling. We are confident that the security measures put in place to ensure your card number is encrypted allow you total confidence to buy without risk. 

VAT

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

Delivery

Your order will be processed upon receipt during regular working hours. Providing all items are in stock, delivery to mainland UK will be between two and five working days. Delivery outside the UK will be between ten and fourteen working days. Orders to be delivered to an address outside mainland UK are not insured nor can delivery be guaranteed. Should an item be out of stock, you will be notified at point of order. If there is a further delay you will be notified by mail, email, phone or text message. 

Delivery Delays

During sale time or unexpectedly busy times there may be a slight delay with delivery. If this is the case you will be notified. You may cancel any item which has not been despatched to you by emailing our Customer Service Department.

Returns

If you wish to return an item for refund or exchange, please send it back in its original packaging and in saleable condition within ten days of receipt. Please note any costs incurred by you in returning any goods is your sole responsibility. We regret that Jomeza cannot be responsible for any returns that get lost in the post.

Exchanges

Exchange orders will be processed upon receipt and your replacement item(s) should be with you in 10 working days. Any costs in relation to the exchange of a product are to be born by you.

Refunds

Items returned for refund will be credited to you in the manner in which you paid for the goods and are generally processed within 10 working days upon receipt at our office.

Multibuy Discounts

From time to time we may offer multiby discounts which cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer(s).

Colour Reproduction

We have made every effort to ensure that colour reproduction of images and product text are as accurate as possible and cannot be held liable for any variations that may occur with the actual product.

Consequential Loss

Jomeza shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from breach of duty in contract or any other way. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Data Protection

We will not pass on your details on to a third party. If you subscribe to our Newsletter you may be confident that your email address will only be used by us to inform you of any special offers or new products that we feel may be of interest to you. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying to the email stating Unsubscribe in the subject box. Should you call our Customer Service department, your call may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes. Unless you have opted out, we may from time to time make our mailing list available to carefully selected companies whose products may be of interest to you.
